Butao’s head chef rigorously selects premium lobsters to make a fascinating lobster broth. Admixed with the homemade sea salt sauce and refined tiger prawn oil, the fragrance of the broth lingers on the palate. With the smooth pumpkin paste and cream, they certainly enrich the flavour and definitely tickle your taste bud. This limited one - the Lobster King will surely lift your spirits!
The Lobster King* will be available in 2 sections every day: section 1 start from 12:00 p.m..; and section 2 from 6:00 p.m.. It's available on a first-come first-served basis and while stock lasts each day.
*Additional HK$60 will be charged while using any ramen vouchers for the Lobster King.

為了讓海老的香氣能極致地散發，職人特別調製了海塩醬汁，製作出香濃的龍蝦湯；再嚴選鮮味的虎蝦，細心提練出高純度的海老油。龍蝦湯與虎蝦油的雙重香味相互牽引，味道傾注在掛湯力強的幼麵之中；加上鮮美的龍蝦作伴，為拉麵增添了一抹奢華的色彩。再結合幼滑可口的南瓜蓉和忌廉，幸福的感覺直衝鼻腔，讓身心均感到滿足！
海龍王*每日分兩個時段供應,首時段為中午12時起,次時段為傍晚6時起。各時段供應量有限,售完即止。
