After Butao head chef delved into the different recipes for a unique flavour of ramen, the Goma (Sesame) King was finally presented for all ramen lovers!
Our head chef roasted the well-chosen sesame, smashed it to become the scented sesame paste, mingled with the rice vinegar for an aromatic sesame broth. Topped with the homemade spicy minced meat, all you can taste is the complexity of spiciness and sweetness that will excite your palate! This limited king would definitely become your new favourite!
The Goma King will be available in 2 sections every day: section 1 start from 12:00 n.n.; and section 2 from 6:00 p.m.. It's available on a first-come first-served basis and while stock lasts each day.
日籍職人不斷創新，希望為大家製作出不一樣的拉麵！這次，職人以芝麻作為基調，加上米醋，炮製出口感豐盈的一品 ─ 胡麻王！
職人將已炒香的芝麻打碎，調配成芝麻醬；再將微酸的米醋一併加入特製清湯之中，芝麻的濃香迅速在嘴裡散發出來，讓人情不自禁想要把湯喝盡！加上秘製的辣肉醬，美味和香辣味混然一體，在口中一點一點地溶化。如此變化多端的味覺衝擊，實在是超越了拉麵料理的界限，試問您又豈能錯過？
由2023年4月1日至4月30日，胡麻王將於豚王香港全線分店推出，每日分兩個時段供應，首時段為中午 12 時起，次時段為傍晚 6 時起。各時段供應量有限，售完即止。
