豚王職人集合八種不同的味噌、配合蔬菜以及多種辛香料精製出獨門秘傳的高級辛味噌醬，加入濃厚秘製豚骨湯之中，辛與麻從舌尖直衝喉嚨，香辣有勁；混入豚王特製的赤肉末、青花椒粉和一味粉，更是令香氣提升，增加豐腴的口感層次。職人特別選用粗麥麵條，讓麵條沾盡湯汁，為味蕾帶來不一樣的激辛快感！假如您是激辛愛好者，請即到來品嚐職人精心炮製的秋季限定新品 – 辛味噌王！
由2021年10月1日至10月31日，辛味噌王將於豚王香港分店推出。每日分兩個時段供應，首時段為上午11時30分起，次時段為傍晚 6 時起。各時段供應量有限，售完即止。
Butao’s head chef combines 8 different kinds of miso, assorted vegetables and species to create a premium miso paste, mixed with the intense tonkotsu broth, all you can taste is the rich spiciness.
To enrich the fragrances and flavors of the ramen, our chef specially adds the spicy minced pork, green Sichuan peppercorn powder and Ichimi chili powder on it for a tangy aroma. Alongside this, the chef specially chooses the thick wheat ramen noodles, which absorb the soup as much as it can to stimulate your taste buds.

The Kara Miso King will be available in 2 sections every day: section 1 start from 11:30 a.m. and section 2 from 6:00 p.m.. It's available on a first-come first-served basis and while stock lasts each day.
