Our Japanese head chef hits upon a great idea of combining capsicum with sansho and yuzu for a unique spiciness, allowing you to purely enjoy the sip of hot without any extra seasoning. Complemented with the selected vegetables, this limited Ura Red King, would be so irresistible!
The Ura Red King will be available in 2 sections every day: section 1 start from 11:00 a.m.; and section 2 from 6:00 p.m.. It's available on a first come first-served basis and while stock lasts each day.
日籍職人巧妙地將唐辛子配搭山椒、柚子等香料，激發出獨有的辛辣口感；在不需加以調味下，也可以細味品嚐到簡單卻令人難以抗拒的香辣滋味；再配搭精心挑選的配菜，令人禁不住要一口接一口地品嚐，滿足味蕾！這就是豚王所研發的「裏赤王」！
由2022年3月1日至31日，裏赤王將於豚王香港全線分店推出。每日分兩個時段供應，首時段為上午 11時半起，次時段為傍晚 6 時起。各時段供應量有限，售完即止。
