As one of the healthiest food in the world, ginger is always a good choice for the winter culinary. The slightly peppery and sweet flavors of the ginger keep your body warm and appetized. Our head chef uses five different miso pastes to create his own secret recipe, mixing it with the ginger oil and the seabura (pork back fat) into the clear chicken broth. The intense and complex flavors of the ramen are savory and appetizing. The chef specially adds the fresh grated ginger paste on top of the ramen to enhance its spiciness, which definitely makes you satisfied in this chilly winter.
